Marc is a Real Estate Professional and Broker with over twenty one (21) years commercial real estate experience and a member of the Houston, Texas & National Association of Realtors. (HAR, TAR, NAR) Prior to starting Southwest Realty Advisors (SRA) in 1999, he was with another Houston based commercial real estate, investment & development firm. This gave him a solid background in project leasing, tenant representation, design build and site acquisition.

Since establishing Southwest Realty Advisors, (SRA) Marc has completed over 1,600 transactions in sales, leasing and development of over $765,000,000 in total transaction value consisting of sales, leasing & over 70+ build-to-suits. With his track record, he has consistently placed him in the Heavy Hitters of the Houston Business Journal and becoming a force in the industrial and build-to-suit markets.

Marc is a Houston native with a marketing degree from the University of North Texas. He is married with three children and a member of John Wesley United Methodist Church. He is an avid auto racer and enjoys watching his children play sports.
